Name of Club
The club’s name “REMIANS RED CRESCENT YOUTH ”
Purpose
The club has two purposes as following:
a) To motivate the youth of the country to serve the community and to create in them a commitment to serve; and
b) To
keep the operation of Remians Red Crescent Youth with that of the
Bangladesh Red Crescent Society and promote dutiful citizenship.
Fundamental Principles
Humanity,
impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity and
universality: these seven Fundamental Principles sum up the Club's
ethics and are at the core of its approach to helping people in need
during armed conflict, natural disasters and other emergencies.
Moto
The moto of the RRCY is “I SERVE” the acronym of the YOUTH stands as following-

Vision
To strengthen leading role as a humanitarian organization by mobilizing the power of humanity.
Mission
The
RRCY, a volunteer-based humanitarian club, endeavors to prevent and
reduce human sufferings and save and improve lives of the most
vulnerable and marginalized groups by providing effective and efficient
services through mobilizing resources in emergencies and normal time.
Strategic Goal
1) Enhance
capacity to contribute towards saving lives from disasters and crises
with a view to reducing adverse impacts through building resilient
communities.
2) Improve access to quality health services for safe, dignified, and healthy living.
3) Transformed into a strong National Society.
